In response to this challenge, the design team developed a layout that maximized the available space while maintaining an open and airy atmosphere. Special attention was given to incorporating natural light sources and innovative ergonomic principles throughout the office.

To provide a distinctive touch and enhance employee comfort, SpaceWorks introduced a number of specialist custom joinery seating elements into the office fitout. These bespoke seating arrangements are strategically placed in key areas of the space, offering employees comfortable and flexible seating options for work, collaboration, or relaxation. Recognizing the importance of communal spaces for fostering employee interaction and well-being, two comfortable and well-equipped coffee corners serve as gathering points for employees to socialize, rejuvenate, and enjoy meals together. The design of the kitchen areas promotes a sense of community and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
